Introduction to the User Agreement

Our online store welcomes you and informs you that below you will find the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all the legal implications resulting from your use of the store's services via this electronic platform.

The use of the store by any person, whether they are a Client of a service or a product or otherwise, constitutes their full and complete acceptance and approval, with full legal capacity, of all articles and provisions of this agreement. This confirms your commitment to its regulations and what is stated within it, and this agreement applies to all types of dealings between the Client and the store.

This agreement is considered valid and effective as soon as you enter the store and start navigating in it or registering and buying from it, in accordance with Article Ten of the Saudi Electronic Transactions System.

Article One - Introduction and Definitions

The preamble above is an integral part of this agreement. Below are the indications and definitions for the key phrases used in this agreement:
1- (The Store): This definition includes all forms of the store on the World Wide Web, whether it is an electronic application, a website on the World Wide Web, or a commercial shop.
2- (The Client): The person who engages in electronic commerce wishing to obtain the products or services provided by the store via its electronic platform.
3- (The Agreement): This phrase refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which governs and regulates the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Article Two - Client's Legal Capacity

1- The Client acknowledges that they have legal capacity recognized by law and regulations to deal with the store, or that their age is not less than eighteen years.
2- The Client agrees that in the event of violating this article, they shall bear the consequences of this violation before third parties.

Article Three - Nature of Obligation

1- The store's obligation towards Clients is to provide the (service or product).
2- The store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of the (service or product) requested by the Client.

Article Four - Usage Controls

1- The Client commits to using the store's electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2- The Client commits, when purchasing a service or product from this store, not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations

Upon applying for membership in this store as a user, you are obligated to disclose specific information and choose a username and a secret password to use when accessing the store's services. By doing so, you have agreed to:

1- Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and the secrecy of the password, and you agree to immediately inform this store of any unauthorized use of your account information with the store or any other breach of your secret information.
2- The store shall in no way be responsible for any loss you may suffer, whether direct or indirect, moral, or material, as a result of revealing the Client's name or access password information.
3- You commit to using your account or membership with the store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it. In the event of use by someone else, this is evidence that you have authorized them to use the store in your name and for your account.
4- You commit to using the store with all seriousness and credibility.
5- You commit to disclosing real, correct, updated, complete, and legal information about yourself as required during registration with the store, and you commit to updating your data if it changes in reality or if there is a need for it.
6- Our store commits to handling your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality.
7- If the store finds that you have disclosed information that is unreal, incorrect, not current, incomplete, illegal, or in violation of what is stated in the User Agreement, the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership and account on the platform. This is without prejudice to the store's other rights and its legitimate means of recovering its rights and protecting other Clients.
8- In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the store management has the right to stop or cancel your membership or block you from accessing the store's services again.

Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication

1- The parties to this agreement agree that communication will take place via the email and mobile number registered on the platform.
2- The Client agrees that all agreements, announcements, statements, and other communications provided to them electronically serve as the equivalent of their written counterparts, and they are self-standing evidence in meeting systemic and legitimate requirements.
3- The Client agrees to the possibility of being contacted and notified of any provisions related to this agreement or related to dealing with them through the store management broadcasting general messages to all Clients or to specific users of the store.

Article Seven - Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees

1- If any article or clause contained in this agreement is canceled or is no longer effective, such an action does not invalidate the remaining articles, clauses, rules, and provisions contained in this agreement, and they remain in effect until further notice from the store management.
2- This agreement—which is amended from time to time as appropriate—constitutes the mechanism of action, understanding, and agreement between the Client and the Store.
3- The store may impose fees on some Clients, depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
4- The store reserves its right to add, increase, reduce, or discount any fees or expenses under the articles, clauses, and provisions of the User Agreement, on any of the Clients regardless of the reason for their registration.

Article Eight – Payment and Settlement Services for Stores in the Store

1- The store, through its partners, provides the payment system in the store, which can be done entirely online through the payment options available on the store or through any payment method the store provides from time to time.
2- The store commits to determining the price of the service or product it displays in its store according to the generally accepted market value.
3- The store commits to providing invoices, receipts, and delivery notes for all amounts generated in its store, and it commits to giving the Client an invoice for their purchase of a service or product.
4- The store commits to providing the generally accepted accounting specifications in its electronic store, in application of the provisions of this agreement, and for the legal, economic, commercial, and regulatory interests of this regulation.

Article Nine – Intellectual Property

1- The intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by the store, whether they were owned by them before the establishment of this electronic platform or after its establishment.
2- The Client respects the intellectual property rights of the store, which include the store's name itself, and the words, logos, and other symbols belonging to the store or displayed on it. Every right associated with the store's name is a complete intellectual property right owned by the store.

Article Ten - Store Responsibility

1- The store commits to conducting its commercial business through this electronic platform legally and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
2- The store is not responsible for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether they result directly, indirectly, incidentally, or through the Client or a third party such as shipping companies.
3- Geen Pharmacies, its employees, owners, and representatives commit that the (product or service) is sound, legitimate, and authorized according to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is used for legitimate purposes.

Article Eleven - Restriction of Access or Membership

The store may suspend or cancel the Client's membership or restrict the Client's access to the platform's services at any time, without warning and for any reason, and without limitation.

Article Twelve - Applicable Law or System

This User Agreement is governed and drafted according to the laws, regulations, and legislations in force and applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and it is entirely and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Thirteen - General Provisions

1- If any article or clause contained in this User Agreement is canceled or is no longer effective, such an action does not invalidate the remaining articles, clauses, and provisions contained in the User Agreement, and they remain in effect until further notice from the store management.
2- This User Agreement, which may be amended from time to time as appropriate, constitutes the User Agreement, the mechanism of action, understanding, agreement, and contract between the store and the Client. Both parties to this agreement also agree to take the following into consideration:
    • The Arabic language is the language to be used when interpreting the provisions of this agreement, or when translating it into another language.
    • All prices displayed for the store's services or products may be adjusted from time to time.
    • The promotional or marketing offers that the store may introduce are temporary offers. The store has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
    • The parties to this agreement commit to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules, regulations, and laws in force related to the nature of the dealing between the store and the Client.
3- This User Agreement shall not be canceled except by a decision issued by the store management.
