  • How To Use
    • Avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking, exercising, or bathing for 30 minutes before taking a measurement.
    • Sit comfortably on a chair with your feet flat on the floor and your back fully supported; relax quietly for 5 minutes.
    • Remove any thick or tight clothing from your left upper arm to ensure direct skin interaction.
    • Insert the cuff's air tube plug firmly into the designated port on the left side of the Omron monitor framework.
    • Wrap the Easy Cuff smoothly around your upper arm, positioning the lower edge roughly 1 to 2 cm above the inner elbow line.
    • Verify that the air tube runs straight down the inside of your arm, aligned perfectly with your middle finger tracking.
    • Rest your arm naturally on a table so the cuff sits level at the exact same height as your heart structure.
    • Slide the user selection switch to select User 1 or User 2.
    • Press the central [START/STOP] button once; sit completely still and do not talk or move while the cuff inflates and reads automatically.
    • Verify the green "OK" LED icon appears on the screen, check your results, and press [START/STOP] to turn off the monitor layout.
